Franck Jullié began his career in Business Intelligence carrying out assignments for the operations divisions of large corporations. After five years, he joined an English executive recruitment firm as an executive search consultant in France and then in the United Kingdom. Franck joined Elzéar in 2007, attracted by the firm’s entrepreneurial spirit that matched his own.
He consistently aims to deliver the very best quality of service combined with close customer relationships and a completely transparent approach to searches.
Educated at the military academy of Le Prytanée in La Flèche, France, Franck graduated from the Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Economique (ENSAE) and has a post-graduate degree in mathematical economics from Paris Sorbonne university.
He speaks French and English.
With a double Master’s degree in Economic Intelligence from the University of Poitiers and in International Relations and Geopolitics from ILERI, Hugo joined the world of recruitment in 2020. He works in all areas of the wine and spirits industry. He recruits Winemaker, Cellar Manager, Vineyard Manager, Export Sales Manager, Technical Director, Estate Manager… in all French wine-growing regions. He also works in the field of dry materials, beverage processing engineering, cellar equipment and vineyard equipment.
